How long is the processing time?

At Helene Hair Extensions, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, regardless of the shipping option you choose at checkout. Our shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, even if you opt for express shipping, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, kindly check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Please be aware that standard and express shipping costs, as well as third-party fees like shipping insurance, are non-refundable. Helene Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Additionally, inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details with your order, may result in an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

What is your hair quality?

Our focus at Helene Hair Extensions is on offering premium full cuticle hair for the high-end market. Full cuticle intact hair consists of multiple layers where all cuticles remain perfectly aligned in the same direction. The cuticle, the outermost layer of the hair, comprises overlapping layers of elongated cells akin to roof tiles. This alignment ensures that the free edges of the cuticles point towards the hair tip.

Full cuticle intact hair boasts an extended lifespan, typically exceeding 24 months with proper care.

Where is your hair materials' Source?

At Helene Hair Extensions, we exclusively procure top-quality virgin hair from trusted origins including China and Europe. Each strand is meticulously selected and ethically obtained from young women known for their exceptionally healthy hair.

What is your return policy?

We're delighted to provide a return policy for unopened hair extensions within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Our low return rates reflect the confidence we have in the exceptional quality of our hair extensions. However, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange your order. Rest assured, we are more than willing to facilitate returns and exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and undamaged.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

To maintain the longevity of your extensions, we recommend using our specially formulated products designed for extensions. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.

Since Helene's Hair are crafted from 100% Remy human hair, they can be styled and washed like your natural hair. However, frequent washing and heat styling can shorten their lifespan, so it's advisable to minimize these practices. We suggest washing your set approximately every 30 wears.

Unlike your own hair, which benefits from natural scalp oils for hydration, hair extensions lack this natural source. Therefore, keeping them hydrated is essential for maintaining their shine and overall condition.
